Tom Holland Announces Spider-Man: Far From Home’s Wrapped Production With Brand New Image

It looks like work on Spider-Man: Far From Home is all done.

Marvel's Spider-Man star Tom Holland just confirmed that the Spider-Man: Homecoming sequel had just wrapped production today by taking to Instagram to a photo of himself in costume together with his Far From Home co-star, Zendaya.

Standing side by side, Holland's Spidey and Zendaya's MJ have their arms folded as they look over at the horizon. Writing on the post, Holland declares that "that's a wrap" for Spider-Man: Far From Home.

Check out what Holland posted on the social media site:

It might seem a little bit early to some, but it's no surprise that Far From Home's finally wrapped up production. Work on the film had begun in the United Kingdom back in July, and now, with principal photography all set, Marvel can move on to the final phase of production – editing and reshoots. Far From Home might not be scheduled to release till July next year, but the studio's going to need some time to work on post-production and reshoots.

Filmmaking isn't an easy business, really.

Still, it seems like Far From Home's had a rather smooth-sailing operation without any mishaps during production. There have been quite a number of photos taken from the set of the film, however, there haven't been any major spoilers to the movie just yet.

Set after the events of Infinity War, the sequel to Homecoming will see Peter Parking traveling across different parts of the globe fighting villains like Mysterio (Jake Gyllenhaal).

Spider-Man: Far From Home is set for release July 5, 2019.
