What happened in Tokyo Revengers Episode 18?
In Tokyo Revengers Episode 18,Open Fire, Takemichi conversed with Draken about how difficult it is for them to think that Mikey would be capable to kill anyone. He revealed to Takemichi the real reason why Mikey killed Kozutora – it's not just for the death of his brother but for Baji as well. It became a trigger point in the present condition of how things are going.

Takemichi and Chifuyu paid Baji a visit to stop him from spying on Valhalla but he was fixed on the idea that he wants to destroy Toman. Takemichi convinces him not to do so or he would die.
Mikey sets a meeting with the members of Toman asking to save the life of his friend. The fight would follow rules already set, however, there, Kazutora broke it when he had beaten up the referee, leading to an all-out war between the two gangs.
