Tokyo Revengers Chapter 254 Recap
As Takemichi holds on to a part of the train tracks, he gets another vision. There, he sees the train running at full speed before derailing and losing control.
Some of the freight cars begin flying everywhere, and people start to run away to avoid getting crushed. However, not everyone was able to run off in time.
Mitsuya, Chifuyu, and Hakkai all got crushed and died. Sanzu shows up and says they were annoying him so he decided to kill them all in one go.
Takemichi freaks out and starts running off. Kakucho starts chasing after him, but Takemichi tells him to stop following.
Takemichi thinks the vision has probably already begun, so he headed for the end of the train tracks. Kakucho is still chasing Takemichi and he begs for him to let him go.
Kakucho catches Takemichi and demands that he tell him what's going on. Takemichi tells him to move and that he will not allow anyone to die. Kakucho is surprised by Takemichi's change of attitude.
Meanwhile, Sanzu is already trying to figure out how to get the train moving. However, Takemichi and Kakucho show up before he could do something drastic.
Sanzu is surprised to see them there, and Kakucho is also surprised because what Takemichi said was true. Takemichi tells Sanzu he knows about his plans.
Kakucho offers to help Takemichi in fighting Sanzu. He says that in the meantime, they're calling it a truce.

Tokyo Revengers Chapter 255 will be out on Tuesday, May 31, 2022. The chapter will be released in Japan on Wednesday, June 1.

Kakucho was surprised to see Sanzu operating the train. As for Sanzu, he was also shocked since Takemichi and Kakucho found out about his location. Sanzu asks how they found him, but Kakucho doesn't know what to answer either.
Kakucho wonders if Takemichi can see into the future; however, Takemichi remains silent. Sanzu mentioned that after visiting the area multiple times, he decided that he would kill everyone using the train.
Kakucho asks Sanzu about his intentions and why he would go as far as killing his opponents and friends. Sanzu says he doesn't care whether they're an enemy or friend — he will kill everyone except Mikey. He says he refuses to let anyone meddle with his plans too.
Suddenly, Sanzu takes out a katana and goes for Takemichi. However, Kakucho protects him, resulting in getting his arm injured. Sanzu was planning on attacking Takemichi with the intent to kill.
Sanzu commends Kakucho for his bravery. Kakucho asks him if Sanzu used the same katana to kill Mucho, but he doesn't respond.
Kakucho and Sanzu reveal that they never liked each other, and they end up fighting. Kakucho uses his jacket to defend himself from Sanzu and successfully punches him.
It is revealed that Kakucho lost his parents at an early age. He doesn't use his surname since he wants to be on his own, but then he encountered Izana and was reunited with Takemichi.
Before getting stabbed by Sanzu's katana, Kakucho says life wasn't so bad.
