Tokyo Revengers Chapter 244 Recap
The day has finally come for the fight between the two Toman — the second generation Tokyo Manji Gang and the Kanto Manji Gang. Clearly, Takemichi's team is greatly outnumbered by Mikey's. There are 500 people from Kanto Manji Gang, while there are only 50 from Tokyo Manji Gang.
Chifuyu comments on the striking difference, but the cry baby hero Takemichi seems unbothered since he knows they are used to these kinds of situations. Chifuyu says he will take care of 10 guys and Mocchi. On the other hand, Hakkai wants to confront Haitani Ran for injuring Mitsuya.
Takemichi looks over at Senju and asks why Benkei and Waka are on Kanto Manji Gang's side. Senju isn't sure and wonders what happened to them. Hanma is also on Mikey's team, making them stronger than ever.
Mikey tells them that it's unnecessary to have two Toman. Sanzu makes fun of them, calling them a team composed of losers who are not up to Kanto Manji Gang's level. Takemichi says their version of Toman is wrong. He proceeds to scream that they will defeat Kanto Manji and take the name of Tokyo Manji.
Takemichi exclaims that they will defeat Kanto Manji and calls for Mikey. Tokyo Manji Gang and Kanto Manji Gang begin to run towards each other. The train tracks situated between both teams seem to be a reference to where it all began for Takemichi!
Tokyo Revengers Chapter 245 Release Date
Tokyo Revengers Chapter 245 will be released on Tuesday, March 8, 2022, or Wednesday, March 9, depending on your time zone. It is out on March 9 in Japan.

Tokyo Manji and Kanto Manji head straight to fighting, but people don't seem to be doing one on one battles. While Takemichi is charging bravely, Mikey is merely observing the situation and not moving. He thinks Takemichi is stupid for going head first, considering how weak he is.
Kakucho rushes to hit Takemichi and punches him in the face. Despite getting hit in the face, Takemichi keeps a determined look. He reminisces on everything he's gone through — from wanting to be a hero as a kid, to Hina's smile, and the various people he fought.
Takemichi hits Kakucho, who's sent flying. Everyone is visibly surprised by what happened, including Mikey. Takemichi says as long as he's prepared, he'll be able to get to Mikey.
