Titled "Ups and downs of his fate," the events of Chapter 221 indeed stayed true to that. The aftermath of the attempted attack from a small group of delinquents from Rokuhara Tandai will definitely bear many consequences in the upcoming chapter of Tokyo Revengers.
Tokyo Revengers Chapter 221 Recap and Summary
The chapter begins with a panel of Mikey, saying that he has a bad feeling about tonight for some reason. Back at the amusement park, some of the other people within the vicinity of the area heard the gunshots.
Draken is standing in front of the small fry members of Rokuhara Tandai, with Takemichi and Senju on the ground behind him. The Rokuhara Tandai members decide to make a run for it. Draken kicks away the weapon, baffled that they would actually attack with something as dangerous as a gun. Takemichi checks on Senju and asks if she's hurt anywhere; she says she's okay.
Takemichi asks Draken how he ended up where they are. According to Inupi, he heard about what was supposed to go down tonight. Takemichi is shocked that they're from Rokuhara Tandai. Draken smiles and reminds him that Takemichi is pretty much a big shot and that his decision to join Brahman certainly won't settle well with the other gangs.
Draken mentions that The War of the Three Deities seems like it won't be such a simple fight between delinquents anymore, considering that some are involved with suspicious businesses and activities. As Takemichi wonders what could happen next, Draken thinks that Mikey knew that this would happen.
Takemichi confesses to Draken that he was able to see the future, where Senju died protecting him. He thanks Draken for changing the future with him and Draken smiles in response. Senju tells them that they have to go because it'll be troublesome if someone else arrives. Takemichi and Senju begin to run, but Takemichi looks behind at Draken, who remains standing still. Draken suddenly tells him to tell Mikey that he shouldn't cause a lot of trouble. Takemichi was confused why Draken was saying that, but he suddenly fell to the ground, covered in multiple gunshots.

The last panel of Chapter 221 is reminiscent of the events of 8/3, where Draken was stabbed and even died in a different timeline. While it is unconfirmed whether he has died or not, the implications of this event moving forward will definitely be huge. Not only was Draken shot, but there was an attempted attack on Takemichi.
