Thor Star Chris Hemsworth Preparing for Major Physical Transformation in Hulk Hogan Biopic

Chris Hemsworth may already have an impressive physique as Marvel's Asgardian God of Thunder, but it looks like the Avengers: Endgame star is preparing to go through another major transformation for Joker director Todd Phillips' upcoming Hulk Hogan biopic.

Speaking in a new interview with Total Film to talk about his newest project outside of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Thor actor Chris Hemsworth revealed how he plans to train even harder so that he can play WWE Hall of Famer, Hulk Hogan.

The film was first announced in February last year, and while the rest of the cast remains largely unknown, fans are eager to see the actor play retired professional wrestler Terry Eugene Bollea.

"This movie is going to be a really fun project," Hemsworth told the entertainment news outlet, "As you can imagine, the preparation for the role will be insanely physical. I will have to put on more size than I ever have before, even more than I put on for Thor. There is the accent as well as the physicality and the attitude."

Hemsworth has always had the physique of an Asgardian God. It's going to be interesting to see the actor size up for the upcoming Hulk Hogan movie.

Of course, that isn't the only work that the actor is going to have to do for the upcoming project. Hemsworth says that he plans to go on a "deep dive into the rabbit hole of the wrestling world," something that the Marvel star says is something that he's really looking forward to.

The Hulk Hogan biopic has yet to receive a release date but we'll update fans as soon as we get word.
