Thor: Ragnarok Reportedly Getting Reshoots

The word "reshoots" in productions usually sparks concern amongst fans however big budget movies often take time to have reshoots after finishing principal photography and editing to add in missing sequences or fix tones in the story. Though Marvel has fine-tuned its methods of film production, the studio still has reshoots done on its movies from time to time and rumor has it that Thor: Ragnarok might be one of them.

According to a report by Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Marvel is still casting extras for Taika Waititi's highly anticipated space buddy superhero movie even though Thor: Ragnarok already finished principal photography in October last year.

The site suggests that reshoots are taking place in Atlanta between Jul 12 and 19 with the production looking for physically fit and muscular "Caucasian-looking men who are over 18 and between 5'10'' and 6'1''" to play extras in Ragnarok.

With buff men required for the shoot, we can only wonder what kind of scene Waititi wants added in the film.

Thor: Ragnarok makes its big premiere on November 3, 2017.
