Thor: Ragnarok Gets Hilarious Animated Parody Rewriting Led Zeppelein’s Song Immigrant

Last month, Marvel released a short but exciting teaser trailer for one of its most highly anticipated films – Taika Waititi’s Thor: Ragnarok. Running at under two minutes, the trailer for the space buddy comicbook movie becomes Disney and Marvel’s most Watched Trailer after 24 hours of release with its amazing visuals, its humor and its great use of Led Zeppelin’s Immigrant song.

Now, as Ragnarok makes way for the marketing campaign of Spider-Man: Homecoming,  fans have decided to add a little spice by working on a parody of the third Thor movie featuring a lot of Led Zeppelin’s Immigrant and some pretty neat animation.

Produced by the AOK YouTube Channel, the parody brings Marvel fans up to speed by  replacing the Immigrant’s lyrics with a rundown of Ragnarok and reminding fans of his background as an Asgardian God “from the rainbow bridge.”

Featuring Thor’s strained relationship with Tom Hiddleston’s middle-finger raising Loki, the parody has a lot of pretty fun jabs at Marvel as it mentions Thor’s two older “movies with Natalie Portman” and Ragnarok director Taika Waititi’s more “comedic background” which would breathe “new life into the franchise.”  AOK’s Thor Ragnarok Trailer Song certainly is a fun way to pass the time while waiting for the film’s release this year.

Thor: Ragnarok strikes cinemas on November 3, 2017.
