We've seen Thor actor Chris Hemsworth in all shapes and sizes over the course of his Marvel Cinematic Universe tenure and the upcoming Marvel Studios flick Thor: Love and Thunder promise to deliver another astonishing physical transformation for the God of Thunder. The last time we saw the mighty Asgardian, he was in quite a depressing state but judging by several set photos that have surfaced online, it looks like Thor will be saying goodbye to his "Fat Thor" persona.
Now, another set of production images have been leaked online and it shows Thor in an unusual getup. Daily Mail unveiled several images of Hemsworth from the set of Thor 4, presumably shot in between takes and the Australian actor can be seen sporting what looks to be workout apparel. It's hella goofy, I can tell you that but somehow, it also totally works. Check them out here.
It's still a little too early to tell what goes down in the fourth film but it looks like Thor: Love and Thunder will actually feature scenes of Thor trying to get back in shape. However, his motivation for bringing back his Godlike physique still seems unclear at this point. Also, his decision to undergo another transformation seems quite surprising considering he was already comfortable in his own skin. Is he preparing for the next big MCU threat or is he just taking his mother's advice from Endgame? We don't know for sure.
Thor: Love and Thunder will hit cinemas in 2022.
