Award-Winning Actor Thomas Barbusca Kills It as Ruby on Netflix's Incoming
Thomas Barbusca has had quite the blast before coming onto Netflix as the 'worst student' in Benji's high school. If anything, Barbusca thrives in exactly that: playing the part of being a high schooler.
His first rising credit goes to being Peanuts Halloween Skit Linus in an episode from 2012's Conan before he went off to take more small roles as a kid in New Girl, Sam & Cat, and even lending his voice as Malakevin on Cartoon Network's animated show Clarence.
Barbusca's first award in his career was thanks to playing Link McNeil in the long-running medical drama series, Grey's Anatomy, which won him his Young Artist Award for Best Performance in a TV Series - Recurring Young Actor 10 and Under.
Barbusca played similar roles in Shameless as a Remedial Kid, Cedric in The Thundermans, and Leo in 2016's Middle School: The Worst Years of My Life.
Meanwhile, he also starred in major shows such as Jimmy in American Horror Story season 5, Finn in One Day at a Time, Chip Pemberton in The Mick, and Young Gob in Arrested Development.
As for what Netflix's Incoming had in store for Thomas Barbusca playing Adam Ruben, aka Ruby, who inevitably left Benji in trouble with his antics. One of them happened to be selling fake pills that landed them in the police's hands.
Let's just say Ruby isn't the best senior to hang out with in Incoming. If anything, he is the epitome of the typical troublemaker high schoolers would want to stay away from.
Still, Barbusca pretty much stood out among the rest. Apart from his stellar performances in the past, Ruby's shared scenes with Benji are some of the best highlights on the Netflix flick.
