Marvel's new Spider-Man actor Tom Holland might be celebrated as the most comic book accurate version of everyone's favorite web-slinger, but it's hard to deny the fact that Toby McGuire had a lot of pretty memorable scenes in the 2002 Spider-Man.
Even after more than fifteen years, the upside-down kiss in Sam Raimi's Spider-Man continues to make a mark, this time as a prom proposal that's gone viral.
Taking to Twitter, a Marvel fan decided to post a few pictures of herself getting asked out to prom by a guy recreating the classic first-kiss scene between Spider-Man and Mary Jane (Kirsten Dunst) in Sony's original Spider-Man movie.
Dressed up in the classic Sam Raimi spider-suit, Jenna Mcintosh's suitor had himself hung upside down to recreate the scene.

According to the post's thread, Mcintosh's suitor hung on the rope for about five minutes until she arrived, proving how hard he worked to make the prom proposal.
Lucky for him, Mcinoths seems to have said "yes." Then again, it's probably difficult to say "no" to such a cute and geeky way of asking a girl out to prom.
There aren't any Sam Raimi Spider-Man movies anymore, but you can watch Tom Holland swing around in his suit in Marvel's latest release, Avengers: Infinity War.
Avengers: Infinity War is currently screening in cinemas.
