The Witcher Showrunner Debunks Henry Cavill’s Exit From Show

Henry Cavill may have been removed as the Man of Steel in James Gunn’s DCU, but the actor had recently been confirmed to take part in Amazon's Warhammer 40K! Among other things, fans are also looking forward to many of his potential role now that his schedule’s been cleared up. From James Bond to moving to the MCU, Cavill fans can’t help but insist that he returns as Geralt for The Witcher Season 4, instead of Liam Hemsworth replacing him on the show.

The actor’s fans had initially speculated that Cavill definitely left The Witcher to focus on his Superman role in DCU, however, when that didn’t work out, there had been no official announcements yet on the actor’s return, which fueled the curiosity even more.

Although there had also been reports on Cavill having creative differences with the showrunner’s vision for Geralt’s story, nothing has been fully confirmed yet, aside from when Cavill previously admitted he wanted a book-accurate Geralt, implying that the showrunner wasn’t agreeing with his opinion.
