The Walking Dead Season 10 Finale Director Shares New Story Details About Delayed Episode

Fans are still waiting for an update on The Walking Dead Season 10 finale considering that the episode has been pushed back to an unknown date due to the coronavirus outbreak. Although we have yet to know when the final episode will air on AMC, Greg Nicotero is ready to hype you up for the explosive finale. The director has just shared some interesting new details about A Certain Doom.

Nicotero recently spoke to Fandom where he admitted that the Season 10 finale is actually one of his favorite episodes for this season. In addition to that, he revealed what the episode will be about.

"There's a lot of character storylines that are [addressed] — you get little bits of information here, here, here, and you want to end that chapter and start the next chapter in the finale. We address lots of stuff with Daryl, lots of stuff with Negan, lots of stuff with Beta, lots of stuff with Carol," Nicotero said.

Interestingly, Nicotero also confirmed that Maggie will be back in the finale, which is something that will lead to the events in Season 11.

"I think it's already been revealed that Maggie's return is in the finale, and it tees us up so well for Season 11 that it's a little agonizing for me to not be able to talk about it. Because the last two minutes of the finale, people's jaws are gonna drop," he said.

We're not exactly sure what this means but it sounds like a major bombshell will be dropped in the final episode. Needless to say, we can't wait to find out what will happen in the series.

The Walking Dead Season 10 finale has not yet been given an official release date. Stay tuned for more updates on this story.
