Despite the series effectively being over, The Quintessential Quintuplets continues to be a huge series among romance anime fans. In fact, The Quintessential Quintuplets just released a special video for its fifth anniversary that puts the spotlight on the five main girls.
This new video was shared on the TBS official YouTube channel. It may not be an anime announcement, nor is it a video with new footage, but it’s still a must-see for fans.
That’s because it features new voice lines from the cast, not to mention that it also shares info on the upcoming anniversary activities.
The Quintessential Quintuplets Anniversary Activities: What to Expect
A harem romance anime isn’t exactly a hard show to look for. After all, these kinds of anime are a dime a dozen, with many being released every season.
Among the numerous harem romance shows though, The Quintessential Quintuplets stands out when it comes to popularity, especially in its home country of Japan.
Even though the manga already ended a few years back while the anime’s story is also effectively over, the series continues to get new collabs and other activities.
In fact, there will be a range of activities to celebrate its fifth anniversary, two of which were highlighted back in October.
To start, there’s a special exhibit titled Engagement which features the Nakano siblings in wedding-inspired attire. This exhibit is ongoing now until January 21, 2024, in Shibuya.
Following this, there will also be an upcoming stage event that’s set to take place in Yokohama Arena this April. Both these events are also highlighted in the new anniversary video.

The Nakano Sisters Get the Spotlight in Special Anniversary Video
In further celebration of the series’ milestone, The Quintessential Quintuplets got a special anniversary video featuring new voice lines by the VAs of Ichika, Nino, Miku, Yotsuba, and Itsuki.
It also features art of the Nakano siblings that should delight long-time series fans. Plus, the protagonist Fuutarou also appears at the end as the video shows him taking a photo of the quintuplets.

Aside from the two events, there will be three more activities for fans to enjoy, all of which are coming in 2024. In the meantime, there’s no word yet on what these activities will be and when they’ll begin.
As for fans in the US, while the activities won’t make their way outside of Japan, Crunchyroll will at least release the Blu-ray of the Quintuplets movie in the country tomorrow, January 2.
