Despite having come a long way in staying in the franchise, Rick points out Jadis has a sh*tty haircut in The Ones Who Live. Even The Walking Dead fans can't seem to stop calling it a "bad haircut" for the character. Here's why Jadis' haircut looks like that.
Rick Pokes Fun at Jadis' Haircut in The Ones Who Live
The Walking Dead: The Ones Who Live episode 3 titled Bye may have been filled with a teary reunion and a risky mission for Rick Grimes and Michonne in the CRM, but it also led fans to question Jadis' new haircut.
In one particular scene, when Rick and Jadis (played by Pollyanna McIntosh) are having a small heart-to-heart talk, Rick tells her, "You're a hero... with a sh*t haircut."
Given that they've spent some time together at the CRM, this doesn't exactly mean anything other than the fact that he was teasing her, which seems to be on the minds of the franchise's fans, as well:
One fan on Reddit even pointed out how Jadis' haircuts "continue to be unbelievably atrocious." However, other fans tried defending that the haircuts do make sense, given that Jadis used to live at the trash pit.
The Walking Dead actress Pollyanna McIntosh happens to have addressed The Ones Who Live's haircut in a recent interview.

Pollyanna McIntosh Explores What Jadis' Haircut Means in the Franchise
The Walking Dead's Pollyanna McIntosh recently revealed on TV Insider how the franchise decided to depict Jadis' journey through her haircut.
Considering that fans have seen her haircuts in more ways than one, what does this haircut mean for Jadis' character development in The Ones Who Live?
"Instead of her hair growing out natural, she's gone back to that short bang that really says 'watch out,'" McIntosh explained, "There's a discomfort that it puts in the viewer, especially a female, to have that haircut."
The actress went on to say that the bob definitely made Jadis look more like a warrant officer, aka her current role and position at the CRM in the spinoff series.
McIntosh added: "And then I thought it would be fun to just shave the bottom half because it said military to me. With the top half being separate, it was sort of like a Joan of Arc bob."
The Walking Dead: The Ones Who Live episode 4 titled What We airs on March 17 on AMC.
