Following the backlash she received for her electoral fraud claims, The Mandalorian actress Gina Carano still remains unfazed and in fact, seems to be in high spirits. Now that the tension-filled US Presidential elections are over, the Cara Dune actress is quietly putting her controversial claims aside to have a little fun. According to a new Twitter post from Gina, Mando's cutesy companion Baby Yoda would fare extremely well in the elections given the opportunity.

Sharing a mock version of the election results which sees The Child win by a landslide, the former MMA fighter is clearly implying that the adorable Star Wars creature is more popular than both Donald Trump and President-elect Joe Biden, who was declared as the new American President over the weekend. That one is up for debate, of course, but I'm not gonna lie, Baby Yoda, who is representing team green surely has my vote! Check it out here:

It's no secret that everyone seems to have caught the Baby Yoda fever since he made his debut in the first season of TheMandalorian last year and Lucasfilm definitely struck gold by introducing the adorable little fellow to the Star Wars mythos. The character's growing popularity is quite unprecedented and it only goes to show that the Star Wars franchise still knows a thing or two about handling a character well, despite what some fans and critics will say. Now, given the fact that the show's central plot revolves around The Child, expect the demand for him to grow exponentially. Who's gonna complain? Absolutely no one.
