It looks like things are about to get even more exciting in The Mandalorian Season 3. A new photo from the set of the Star Wars series possibly confirms an awesome connection to Lady Bo-Katan Kryze.
The third season of The Mandalorian is currently in production but the plot details have not yet been revealed. This has led to speculations that Season 3 will see Din Djarin setting off for new locations as he takes on new missions. It's a likely scenario considering that Mando parted ways with Baby Yoda in the Season 2 finale where Grogu left with Luke Skywalker.
But is it possible that Mando will be visiting a well-known location in the Star Wars Universe? A new set photo suggests that The Mandalorian Season 3 is making some changes with the usual production. This time, the set is taken outdoors and there appears to be a building facade. Check it out here.
It's still unclear where the new location is but there are several theories about it. For instance, some fans believe this could be Mandalore where Bo-Katan and the Nite Owls are now based. If this is so, there is a possibility that the ownership of the Darksaber will once again be brought up in Season 3.
We're loving the idea of The Mandalorian Season 3 finally bringing us to Mandalore and could hopefully explore the lore of the planet. In addition to that, it would mean that Katee Sackhoff will be back in the third season and we'll see the Nite Owls in action again. However, it is important to point out that the location has not yet been confirmed by Disney and Lucasfilm. With that in mind, it's best to take this with a grain of salt.
The Mandalorian Season 3 has not yet been given an official release date. However, it is already expected to premiere on Disney+ in late 2022. Stay tuned for more updates on this story.
