A lot of the fans of the franchise are highly anticipating the return of Din Djarin and Grogu in the third installment of the series, The Mandalorian Season 3, and finally, Star Wars announced the March 2023 release date of the show with a photo of the two main stars on their journey to restore Mandalore.
In time with the CCXP happening in Brazil, Star Wars just announced that The Mandalorian Season 3 is finally arriving on Disney Plus with a new photo of Din Djarin, and his really cute "son," Grogu as they come back to the screens on March 1, 2023 into their quest in restoring Mandalore.
Pedro Pascal personally attended the CCXP and he cheers the crowd, from a sweet video shared by @mishajackles on Twitter saying "That's the greatest honor of my life. It's an honor to be your daddy."
Mando was last seen in The Book of Boba Fett after he was banished because he broke the custom of not removing the helmet he wears and he finally learned that carrying the Darksaber has the downside of always having to watch his back as if he always has a target on it considering that whoever wields it means being the leader of the Mandalore people.
The Mandalorian Season 3 is expected to dive deep into exploring Mandalore, the culture of the planet, and the characters that connect the series to the bigger narrative of the galaxy far, far away.
A new footage is also released for The Mandalorian Season 3 at CCXP and it puts Grogu in the spotlight where the adorable "son" of Din Djarin flexes his force skills. There is also some scenes with the glimpse of Mandalorians coming together, some monkey lizards, and Coruscant.
The Mandalorian Season 3 marks the return of Pedro Pascal as Din Djarin/ Mando, and he will be joined by Katee Sackhoff as Bo Katan, Emily Swallow as The Armorer, Paul Sun-Hyung Lee as Captain Carson Teva, Amy Sedaris as Peli Motto, and Omid Abtahi as Dr. Pershing.
The Mandalorian Season 3 arrives on Disney Plus on March 1, 2023.
