What Happened Before The Mandalorian Season 3 Finale Episode 8?
The Mandalorian Season 3 Episode 7, Chapter 23: The Spies, Elia Kane tells Moff Gideon about the intention of the Mandalorians to take their planet once again.
Moff Gideon knows he has to tell this information to the Shadow Council.
Moff Gideon asks Commandant Brendol Hux for his back-up and he also inquires to Captain Pellaeon why General Admiral Thrawn is not around.
Meanwhile, at Nevarro, Bo-Katan leads all the clands of Mandalore to recon and do an exploration on the planet to find the Great Forge.
Before they left, Greef Karga gives Din Djarin an IG-12 which would be under the control of Grogu.
A surviving clan living in Mandalore with such loyalty to Bo-Katan meets them.
She reveals making a surrender to Moff Gideon following the Night of a Thousand Tears in hopes that the people loyal to her would not be harmed.
By the time they find the Great Forge, an ambush happens and Gideon captures Din Djarin with an intent to make the Great Purge of Mandalore but then, Bo-Katan arrives with her Darksaber for their escape.
To ensure its success, Paz Vizsla stays behind but faces demise under the hands of the Praetorian Guards of Gideon.
