The latest episode of The Mandalorian Season 2 is truly an exciting one for fans considering that Baby Yoda got some sort of redemption after what happened last week. In addition to that, Chapter 11: The Heiress actually teased on a major showdown between Moff Gideon and Star Wars: The Clone Wars character Bo-Katan Kryze.
In The Mandalorian Season 2 Episode 3, Mando finally found the Mandalorians he has been looking for and they just happen to be led by none other than Bo-Katan herself. Interestingly, Bo-Katan gives Mando some new information he needs about locating a Jedi who could tell him more about Baby Yoda's kind. But before that, he has to help the Mandalorians steal a ship's plundered weapons.
During their exchange, it is also revealed that the Mandalorians have been working to reclaim Mandalore relics that have been stolen from them. Not surprisingly, one of these relics just happens to be the Darksaber.
It's also no surprise that Gideon shows up in the episode and although he only appears as a hologram, it is confirmed that he would do anything to keep the Darksaber to himself. Needless to say, it was a tense chapter that hinted at a bigger battle for the Mandalorian relic. Will we get to see Bo-Katan take on Gideon? We can't wait to see this happening soon.
