It's been a slow build but it looks like The Mandalorian is finally set to explore the tragic events that left a lasting impact on the Jedi's rich history. The latest trailer for the hit Star Wars show's third season just got unveiled this week, and while there's certainly a lot to unpack, one detail about the teaser fans can't stop buzzing about is the massive Order 66 tease.
In case you haven't seen it yet, the exhilarating trailer for Season 3 features what looks to be a flashback scene where Grogu presumably remembers what took place during Order 66.
In the MandoVerse spinoff The Book of Boba Fett, it was actually confirmed that Grogu was in fact present during the fateful day when Emperor Sheev Palpatine aka Darth Sidious orchestrated the Jedi purge which was led by Anakin Skywalker himself.
After seeing the massive prequel trilogy tease, fans naturally gravitated toward the idea of Hayden Christensen making a cameo appearance in The Mandalorian Season 3 to reprise his role as the ruthless and corrupted Anakin. What.do you think? Check out the reactions below:

Realistically speaking, the chances of Hayden popping up in The Mandalorian isn't totally out of the question, especially considering he's also heavily rumored to be making an appearance in Rosario Dawson's Ahsoka series where he will reportedly play both Anakin and Darth Vader.
It looks like we're finally going to see an interaction between Grogu and Anakin and I'm totally hyped for it.
