The Killer’s Shopping List offered a new look at the drama’s plotline as Lee Kwang Soo and Seolhyun start searching for the murderer.
Based on the novel of the same name by Kang Ji Young, The Killer's Shopping List tells the story of a murder case that happened on the outskirts of Seoul. A supermarket receipt from a nearby store becomes the evidence that guides the cast members to start a hilarious hunt for the suspect.
Lee Kwang Soo plays Ahn Dae Sung’s role, a part-time worker at MS Mart who has an excellent memory. His girlfriend, Seolhyun’s Do Ah Hee, is a police officer who helps him solve the mysterious murder case.
After releasing several trailers and posters, the K-drama dropped another suspenseful trailer that introduced more characters in the K-drama.

The Killer’s Shopping List New Trailer Shows Dark Side of Comedy-Thriller
On tvN’s official YouTube channel, a new trailer revealed further key moments to look forward to in the series.
The clip starts with Kyung Ah (former 4Minute member Kwon So Hyun), who barges into the supermarket in tears before exclaiming: “Who’s the person who makes deliveries here? Why do you keep bringing me things that I didn’t even order?”
After opening the grocery bag, all supermarket employees noticeably look shocked and horrified by the items inside it.

The next scene shows the murder in the neighborhood, with Ahn Dae Sung hinting that Kyung Ah might be the murder victim since he tells the police that “she is a regular customer” at their supermarket. Someone questions him and asks why he knows so much about their customers. He complains to the police and tells them to catch the culprit instead of hurting the wrong people.
At one point, Ahn Dae Sung seemingly becomes the potential suspect as his mother scolds him for getting involved in the case.
To determine the killer’s identity, he and Do Ah Hee start the search, with Ahn Dae Sung declaring he would catch the murderer at the speed of light. The clip ends with Ahn Dae Sung, saying that the culprit might be a worker at the supermarket.
The Killer’s Shopping List Premiere
Viewers can finally know who the culprit is when The Killer’s Shopping List finally premieres. The K-drama will drop its first episode on April 27 and air new episodes every Wednesday and Thursday at 10:30 p.m. KST.
It will premiere on tvN but will also be available on iQIYI in selected countries.
