The Book of Boba Fett Possibly Confirmed Who Saved Grogu During Order 66

There is little doubt that fans were delighted when Grogu finally appeared in The Book of Boba Fett. After all, it was awesome to see the youngling taking his Jedi training seriously but it was also teased that he would soon be reunited with Din Djarin. But is it possible that Chapter Six also revealed who it was that saved Grogu during Order 66? An interesting connection to Star Wars: The Clone Wars may have confirmed the mystery savior!

In The Book of Boba Fett Episode 6, Luke Skywalker helped Grogu tap into his memories, recalling what happened during Order 66. The scene showed how three Jedi protected the youngling in a Jedi temple hallway where a door is seen with a familiar-looking crest.

Clone Wars fans know this crest which is associated with Barriss Offee, the Jedi Knight who would later be tempted to join the Dark Side. If Barriss was the one who saved Grogu, there is a possibility she will show up in The Book of Boba Fett or The Mandalorian Season 3.

The crest may have been a small Easter egg but fans are convinced that it is proof that Barriss was the one who took Grogu away while the other Jedi fought off the Clone Troopers. Either way, Barriss' return has already been teased and fans are expecting the character to eventually show up in the Star Wars shows.

We also got some awesome teases about what could happen in The Mandalorian Season 3. The episode also concluded with Luke allowing Grogu to choose between leaving with Djarin or continuing with his training. There is a huge possibility that the youngling will decide to go with his friend instead of pursuing being a Jedi.

The final episode of The Book of Boba Fett will air on Disney+ on Wednesday, February 9, 2022.
