The Batman Theme by Michael Giacchino Gets an Amazing Rock Cover

So far, we only have one major update from The Batman but fans are already so excited about the film that the brief camera test has inspired several amazing fan art. But that's not the only cool thing about the video. There's also the moody theme composed by Michael Giacchino and it now has an impressive rock cover.

The short camera test featuring Robert Pattinson in the new Batsuit was shared by director Matt Reeves and it immediately had people talking about the upcoming Warner Bros. film. Fans also couldn't get enough of the dark theme that plays in the background and one fan actually reached out to Giacchino asking if they could do a rock cover of the music. Giacchino agreed and the result can be heard in the video below.

Personally, I'm loving the rock cover since it sounds like something that Bruce Wayne would use as his background music while working out or fighting goons around Gotham City. Even Giacchino is loving it and we wouldn't be surprised if it ends up in the movie as well.

For now, the camera test is the only new update on The Batman. Nevertheless, we're looking forward to the new teases about the film now that it has started production.

The Batman will also star Jeffrey Wright as Jim Gordon, Zoe Kravitz as Catwoman, Paul Dano as The Riddler, Andy Serkis as Alfred Pennyworth, Colin Farrell as Penguin, and John Turturro as Carmine Falcone. The movie will hit theaters on August 6, 2021.
