The Batman: New Set Photos Possibly Reveal Robert Pattinson's Bruce Wayne

We just recently got what seemed to be set photos of Colin Farrell in the upcoming Batman movie, but what we weren't expecting was a look at Robert Pattinson as Bruce Wayne. Just in, a photo of has come out online from the film, and it looks like we have our would-be Batman atop a black motorcycle.

Twitter user Wade Gravett gives us this photo here.

While the face is clearly masked, the prominent brow and thick eyebrows could very much pass for Pattinson's. We don't know the context of this shot, but some people have already been making comparisons to Batman from the comics, just like this one from @MrNiceGuy18_58 from Twitter.

It's also worth noting that Pattinson looks to be in some very shabby traveling gear, so I can imagine this scene takes place before Wayne becomes the Batman. While we've been bludgeoned to death with superhero origin stories, I think it would be great to flashback to specific scenes in Bruce Wayne's past not necessarily tied to his origin.

With production currently underway and set photos already leaking online, hopefully, WB does the smart thing and gives us official looks at the characters themselves; they did the same thing with Birds of Prey and Deadpool, so why couldn't they do the same for our Caped Crusader? If anything, I would love the first look to be an officially released image rather than these blurry photos from sneaky paparazzi.

Matt Reeves' The Batman is set for a release on June 25, 2021.
