The Batman Director Celebrates Film Wrap With BTS Photo from Robert Pattinson Movie

It took more than a year but it's finally over. Matt Reeves has just confirmed that The Batman will finally wrap filming and celebrated by sharing a behind-the-scenes photo on the set of the Robert Pattinson movie.

Reeves shared the image on his official Twitter account. Although it doesn't show much, it does confirm that the filmmaker is already packing things up as production has finally wrapped. Check it out below.

It isn't exactly the behind-the-scenes photo that fans are hoping for. After all, people would rather see a shot from one of the scenes in the movie. Nevertheless, it's still great news considering that The Batman will be ready for its release next year.

Production on The Batman was repeatedly delayed due to COVID-19. Although the movie started filming in January last year, it had to be halted in March 2020 before resuming in September. Even then, the film faced several challenges as Pattinson and a few crew members tested positive for COVID-19.

But what can fans expect now that The Batman has wrapped filming? It might finally be time to get a new trailer for the movie. Although there haven't been any updates from Warner Bros. on when another teaser will be released, there is a possibility it could be dropped at one of the upcoming conventions this year. Stay tuned for more updates on this story.

The Batman also stars Zoë Kravitz, Paul Dano, Jeffrey Wright, John Turturro, Peter Sarsgaard, Barry Keoghan, Jayme Lawson, Andy Serkis, and Colin Farrell. The film is currently scheduled for release on March 4, 2022.
