The Batman Casts Twin Actors for Unspecified Roles

We still don't know a lot about The Batman but it does look like the movie will be filled with villains from the comics. Catwoman, The Riddler, and The Penguin have been confirmed for this movie and fans are also theorizing on who else could appear. Interestingly enough, some casting news may have confirmed another pair of villains and yes, we're going to put emphasis on "pair" since twin actors have been cast for unspecified roles.

According to The AV Club, twin actors Charlie and Max Carver have been cast for roles in the movie but we still don't know who they're playing. There are actually a number of twin characters who have appeared in Batman so they could be a wide variety of villains/supporting characters but we're betting that it could be Tweedledee and Tweedledum.

It would be neat seeing Tweedledee and Tweedledum on the big screen since we have yet to see them in live-action. These characters are odd-looking and would be really interesting to see in The Batman so that should be fun. Let's hope for some fun fight scenes between the two, even if they end up being completely different characters.

Could Charlie Carver and Max Carver play two entirely different twin characters? For sure. But it's more fun to think of them as Tweedledee and Tweedledum for now.

Fans will be able to see The Batman on June 25, 2021.
