Though original stars Linda Hamilton and Arnold Schwarzenegger are coming back to Terminator 6, the franchise is said to be focusing on fresh, younger characters. MacKenzie Davis is said to be the new face of the franchise, and some new photos of her from the set have come out.

Seeing that Terminator was the franchise that birthed one of the most badass women in cinema, Sarah Connor, it looks like Davis' role is going to very close to that. She looks absolutely ripped, and almost has the same look as Sarah Connor in the movie with the short blonde hair.
I also can't help but feel that she's a blonde version of Daniels from last year's Alien: Covenant, but no doubt that Davis definitely looks like she did a lot more training.
Of course, Davis isn't the only young cast member in the film. She'll also be joined by the likes of Diego Boneta and Natalia Reyes. Plus, Ghost Rider actor Gabriel Luna has been cast as the new terminator.
After the flop that was Terminator: Genisys, hopefully James Cameron and Tim Miller will bring in something new to rejuvenate the Terminator franchise.
I'm excited already.
Terminator comes out Nov. 22, 2019.
