It follows two schoolchildren; Nishikata, a young boy, and his classmate and friend, Takagi, a girl who teases him endlessly. Yet, Nishikata follows that one day, he'll give his friend a taste of her own medicine and finally make her blush. Τhis might sound like a weird premise to the uninitiated, but Teasing Master Takagi-san is actually full of wholesome, innocent fun, and it has been commended for its relatively realistic depiction of childhood.

Episode 3 comprised four segments. These included a game of baseball, and, a cute moment where Nishikata tries to walk Takagi home with an umbrella. The episode also focused on cast members other than the two mains, as Mina and her friends became involved in a cat rescuing mission.
