Taxi Driver 2 episode 2 delivers an intense episode as Lee Je Hoon sets out on his first mission.
The action thriller crime series is based on the webtoon The Deluxe Taxi which featured a group of people who disguised themselves under the company Rainbow Taxi and plans a mission to save victims in the hands of their perpetrator.

According to Neilsen Korea, as obtained by Soompi, Taxi Driver 2 episode 2 viewership garnered an average nationwide rating of 10.3 percent, scoring a minimal decrease from its previous episode of 12.1 percent.

With Kim Do Gi being in a tough spot since he is doing the mission alone in Vietnam, Ahn Go Eun along with the duo mechanic helps Chairman Jang and Kim Do Gi execute their plan to save not just their teammate but the victims.
In Taxi Driver episode 2, Kim Do Gi was able to impress the supervisor after he was able to create an online game with the help of Ahn Go Eun.

He was able to gain their trust thinking that he is a naive high school student who they could use for fraud.
Little did they know that Do Gi has bigger plans to tear the organization down.
Kim Do Gi is able to temporarily escape the hideout and accidentally meets a familiar person.
In his case, he saw madam Li who used to be one of the perpetrators that they sent to the police due to fraud.
Madam Li immediately followed Kim Do Gi at the hideout thinking that he is at the target location.
However, he didn't see Kim Do Gi but encountered a different organization.
This is one of Kim Do Gi’s plans to rock the illegal group and help the victims to escape.
In the latter part of the episode, it was revealed that Ahn Go Eun’s former boss at the police station was the big man behind the organization and is the one protecting the syndicate.
