Takt Op. Destiny Episode 10 Recap
Back in the day, Lenny greatly admired Takt's father, Kenji Asahina. Lenny was amazed at how Takt's father became some sort of "light" through his music. With that, Lenny asked Kenji to be his mentor. Kenji agreed as long as Lenny would also teach him new things in return. The two developed a close relationship and bond between mentor and pupil. Following the tragedy in Boston, Lenny agreed to become a Conductor so he could fight the D2s that caused multiple deaths — which includes Takt's father.
When Takt, Lenny, Destiny, and Titan finally meet up, Commander Sagan enters the scene with Heaven and Hell. Lenny confirms that Sagan is the one behind the attack in Boston and is pulling the strings behind the tuning fork that attracts D2s. Before they begin the battle, Lenny tells Takt that they should show off their capabilities as a master and pupil duo. During the fight, it's Destiny vs. Hell and Titan vs. Heaven.
The fighting eventually gets too draining for Takt, and he loses his power. While he lays there helpless, Heaven prepares to shoot. However, Lenny steps in and takes the bullets for him. He then prepares his final act, and Titan goes through a significant level-up. Heaven and Hell are fairly injured, and Sagan leaves the battle. Titan, Lenny, Takt, and Destiny go through a tearful conversation as they all gather together in Lenny's last moments.
