In the upcoming episode of Knowing Brothers, 2PM, MONSTA X, THE BOYZ, ASTRO, Na Tae Joo, and Park Goon are prepared to unleash a blast of one-of-a-kind laughs.
The Knowing Brothers cast members prepare for the 2022 Lunar New Year Athletics Championship in this week's preview.
In addition, the members are accompanied by a star-studded guest lineup. As competing teams, 2PM's Jun.K and Wooyoung, MONSTA X's Minhyuk and Joohoney, ASTRO's Moonbin and Sanha, THE BOYZ's Juyeon and Q, and trot singers Na Tae Joo and Park Goon will join the cast. Leeteuk and Shindong from Super Junior also serve as special hosts for the show.
With such a large number of visitors, next week's broadcast is sure to be filled with laughter and joy.
Knowing Brothers members and guests play several ISAC games
Next week's trailer, in particular, promises a fun-filled show with Minhyuk attempting to finish sets of pushups before suffering from a back cramp. The moment lightened up the filming and was followed by other amusing shots of the attendees.
Joohoney and Sanha, in particular, had a one-on-one aegyo competition. Kang Hodong joins in the fun with his trademark charming gesture amid the chaos.
The guests then competed in a series of athletic challenges to select the overall winner. One of these is a violent chicken battle in which Min Kyunghoon confronts Minhyuk, who instantly backs off from the direct attack. Joohoney also brightens the mood with an energetic rendition of aespa's "Next Level."
The horseback-riding race elicited laughs from the show's participants. The opposing team is carrying Lee Soogeun, while the other side is carrying Seo Janghoon.
The celebration acts arranged by the guests are another must-see in the upcoming episode of Knowing Brothers.
THE BOYZ performed a surprising stage. While Jun.K, Wooyoung, Minhyuk, and Joohoney joined forces on stage for 2PM’s “My House.”
ASTRO’s Moonbin and Sanha also danced with Minhyuk and Joohoney for a more powerful version of MONSTA X’s “Gambler.”
THE BOYZ visits Knowing Brothers for the first time
This will be the first time for THE BOYZ to appear on the variety show. They even mentioned their hopes to guest on the show during the media showcase of their 1st full album in 2020. Na Tae Joo will also guest on the show for the first time.
On the other hand, this will be the second time that ASTRO members will have fun with the Knowing Brothers cast. Cha Eunwoo and Moonbin visited the members in April 2021.
Additionally, this is the second time Park Goon will appear since his guesting with Oh Jong Hyuk in September 2021.
MONSTA X has their good share in guesting on Knowing Brothers. Earlier in 2021, Joohoney went with Shownu during the episode with Zico and Sunmi. The other members of MONSTA X also participated in the after-school segments.
Meanwhile, Knowing Brothers' 317th episode will be a Lunar New Year special. The program will air on January 29 at 8:40 PM KST.
