Taeyang was Suga’s special guest on the third episode of his talk show SuchWiTa Wednesday, January 17. Among the many things the two talked about, they seemed to hint at another Big Bang x BTS collaboration.
The second and third-generation idols discussed various topics, from music, career, collaboration, and more. And as a huge fan of Big Bang, Suga couldn’t help but fanboy Taeyang.
Suga Fanboying on Taeyang
Suga introduced Taeyang as an “artist with an unrivaled voice.” In fact, throughout the series, Suga kept saying that he was nervous about meeting his idol.
"I'm so nervous because I'm such a huge fan. Today's guest is really making me nervous,” he admitted, via AllKpop.
Several BTS members revealed Big Bang was their role model in the business. In fact, Jungkook, Jimin, and J-Hope revealed that the group’s members were the reason they joined the Korean music scene.
"It wouldn't be an exaggeration to say that Big Bang practically made BTS. You were musicians that I aspired to be like as a kid,” Suga continued.
He even cited a moment when they went out for a drink on Jungkook’s 20th birthday and sang “Bang Bang Bang” a hundred times at a karaoke place.
“We loved you that much,” he confessed.
Sugar then stated Jimin had loved Taeyeng even before, adding his groupmate had studied him and copied how he talked.
Suga Can’t Hide Being Starstruck in Front of Taeyang
Evidently, Suga was very starstruck of Taeyang.

"I remember Big Bang the most at MAMA. Because you had such a charismatic presence, we watched you like this.. well.. 'Let's become singers like them,’” he added. "As a musician, I think this is an exciting moment for me. I don't have many moments like that. I still can't believe it right now. It's like I'm watching TV."
Suga Calls Big Bang ‘Legendary’
From there, Suga talked about Big Bang’s impact on people and the music industry as a whole.
"Big Bang is legendary,” he said, asking them to continue their music forever.
"We can't talk about Korean music history without BIGBANG. You left a huge legacy,” he added. “There are so many young singers running forward after watching you. So, I hope that you keep on performing forever. Please don't retire."

As the conversation was about to end, Suga revealed he wanted to produce a song for Taeyang and to contact him.
