Stranger Things Season 4 is one of the most highly-anticipated Netflix original shows coming this year, and its writers are hyping fans up for a trailer drop that seems to be coming soon.
On Twitter, the writers dropped a cryptic tweet that says, "Are you ready?", and an hour later, another tweet was shared with some clock emojis and mind-blown emoji, as well as a YouTube link to a video titled HNL Control Room. The video claims that "Due to technical difficulties, Hawkins National Laboratory will be closed until further notice. We will be back in service tomorrow at 9:00 AM ET."
Does this teaser mean that the first Stranger Things Season 4 trailer will premiere at 9 AM ET on Thursday, May 6, 2021?

The video footage doesn't reveal any scenes from the upcoming season, but it appears to be loaded with clues.
Netflix hasn't announced a release date for Stranger Things Season 4 yet. Last fall, executive producer Shawn Levy told Collider that the COVID-19 pandemic caused the delay in shooting season 4.
"I'll just say the pandemic definitely massively delayed shooting and therefore the launch of our current Season 4, date still TBD," Levy told Collider. "But it impacted very positively by allowing the Duffer brothers, for the first time ever, to write the entire season before we shoot it and to have time to rewrite in a way that they rarely had before so the quality of these screenplays are exceptional, maybe better than ever."
Hopefully, Stranger Things Season 4 will come out by the end of this year, but for now, let's look forward to the first trailer for the upcoming season.
