Stranger Things Actress Millie Bobby Brown Wants to Play Princess Leia

Stranger Things was one of the best things introduced into the pop culture landscape this year thanks to its incredible cast of mostly unknown child stars. One of the breakout stars was Millie Bobby Brown, who played the Eggo loving Eleven on the series. She already set her sights on bigger things as she just revealed that she would like to play one of the most iconic characters in the Star Wars films.

The 12-year-old British actress recently appeared at Rhode Island Comic Con and was asked about what roles she would like to play in the future, and she responded by saying that she would be interested in playing young Princess Leia in a future Star Wars film.

"Princess Leia. If they made - I think they are making another Star Wars - I would love a role like that. Because I want to do something far from Eleven or Madison."

Lucasfilm and Disney are planning to make more Star Wars spin-off films, so if they're planning to tell a story with a young Princess Leia in it, I hope they consider Brown to take the role that Carrie Fisher originally brought to life. Brown also revealed that she desperately wants to play a role in The Walking Dead, which seems more realistic at the moment. Disney already got all the Star Wars films mapped out until 2020 so it's less likely that we'll see the studio cast her for the role soon.
