It isn't no surprise that Rebecca Sugar's popular science fiction animated series Steven Universe went on another long hiatus after airing it's 20th episode for the fourth season of the series. Steven Universe does have the habit of having long and sudden breaks – the last time the series went on another hiatus fans were just as worried as ever.
What's surprising now is that the new promo of the series' return to Cartoon Network with the rest of the episodes for season four has managed to make its way online. Leaked online by a few YouTube channels like DiscordApple, the Steven Universe series promo which lasts for less than a minute not only manages to review some of the highlights of the season, it also teases fans with clips from what seems to be another intense new Steven Bomb for everybody.

From missing Beach City citizens to a crying Pearl, the clip teases a darker set of episodes when Steven Universe returns with the rest of season four on Cartoon Network. Not only that, but it looks like we'll be getting a pair of new Gems as well – one with small one with a set of translucent wings who seems to own the disembodied voice calling out "are you my dad?" at the end of the trailer. Who are these new Gems, and what do they want? Who's the small Gem's dad? Is it Steven? Greg?
Steven Universe is scheduled to return with a new Steven bomb on May 8, 2017.
