Titans Season 1 ended up being a pleasant surprise for fans, despite a number of flaws that were all too present in its trailers. Robin tried too hard to be edgy, Raven wasn't the character that Teen Titans fans resonated with, and Starfire dressed like a hooker. A lot of those faults were resolved during Season 1 aside from Starfire but fans won't have to worry about that since Titans Season 2 is giving her a makeover.
Instead of the lame female pimp look that Season 1 gave her, Season 2 has Starfire in a sports bra and leather jeans. There's also a very good chance that we'll see her in a comic-accurate costume in the new season since the producers promised that cut scenes from Season 1 would be used. There were actually plans to use a comic-accurate costume in Season 1 but plans were changed for a more exciting cliffhanger.
Actress Anna Diop plays the character in Titans and was the subject of some controversy when racists hated her casting, even though the character is an orange-skinned alien. Hopefully, those fans are over that crap or have learned better since Diop doesn't deserve all of those insults.
Fans will be able to stream Titans Season 2 on September 6. The first season can now be streamed on DC Universe and Netflix in some countries.
