If you have been following The Book of Boba Fett, you probably felt nostalgic after seeing the flashbacks on the former bounty hunter when he was still a child. Although most of the footage used came from the Star Wars prequel films, the series also brought in a new actor to play the young Boba Fett. Now the young actor has been revealed in a new set photo!
The image was shared by Finnegan Garay who plays young Boba Fett in the new Star Wars series. It features Garay with Temuera Morrison on the set of The Book of Boba Fett. Check it out below.
"It was a #hugemoment in my life to be able to be a part of the #starwars franchise, even in the smallest way… and then to be a part of the #bobafett story… #mindblowing," Garay wrote. "Like most intelligent kids, I have been the biggest #starwarsfan my whole life ‼️Thank you to @tem_morrison for being so cool and kind AND @mingna_wen for showing me the world of Boba Fett." The young actor also noted that it was the "best #acting gig I have ever done."
We don't actually get to see Garay's face in The Book of Boba Fett but his work included the young Fett's scene in Kamino.
The young Boba Fett was originally played by Daniel Logan. It is still unclear if we will be seeing more of young Fett in the upcoming episodes but he could return in more flashback scenes. Stay tuned for more updates on this story.
The third episode of The Book of Boba Fett is titled Chapter Three: The Streets of Mos Espa and is now streaming on Disney+. Episode 4 has not yet been given an official title. Nevertheless, the episode is set to premiere on Wednesday, January 19, 2021.
