Star Wars: Will Enfys Nest's Cloud-Riders Appear in The Mandalorian?

The Disney era of Star Wars has given us some new alien faces, and some characters have actually appeared in more than just one film. With some new footage screened at SWCC 2019 for Jon Favreau's The Mandalorian, some aliens spotted may hint at the involvement of a Rebel cell introduced in Solo: A Star Wars Story.

Just in case you missed out on Solo (which I recommend you shouldn't), these aliens are part of the Cloud-Riders, a rebel cell which was led by one Enfys Nest. Benthic Two-Tubes, who was a member of Saw Gerrera's Partisans in Rogue One was actually revealed as a member of the Cloud-Riders when Solo came out.

Going back to these aliens though, it's also possible that these are just characters of the same species. But knowing how Star Wars gives great relevance to even the smallest background characters, I wouldn't be surprised if these were the same guys we saw in Solo. Plus, with the story focused on outlaws, I would be happy to see the gang come back for the show; fingers crossed we get introduced to an adult Enfys Nest.

For now, The Mandalorian is still not officially revealed to the public. With all the leaked footage out though, I'm hoping Lucasfilm gives in and releases all the official videos online.

Catch Jon Favreau's The Mandalorian when it debuts on Disney+ come Nov. 12.
