Daisy Ridley rocked the entire galaxy earlier this year after Lucasfilm confirmed the sequel trilogy actor's continued involvement in the Star Wars franchise, years after the Skywalker Saga culminated.

At this year's Star Wars Celebration in London, it was announced that Ridley will lead the franchise's next big screen project set 15 years after The Rise of Skywalker.

Now, key details are starting to surface online about the film, and by the looks of things, Lucasfilm is doing everything in its power to give fans something that is more compelling than the sequels.

A series of leaks emerged on Reddit just recently (via Star Wars Meg) that sheds new light on the post-Skywalker Saga project. According to the said leak, the title of the film centered on Rey establishing a new Jedi Order is Star Wars: A New Beginning.

The authenticity of the leak remains uncertain but if the rumors are actually true, we'd like to assume that the title "A New Beginning" isn't final or it's just the film's working title, at least.

Additionally, Daisy will be joined by two actors who will reportedly play the roles of Jedi padawans named Tyla and Deak. Yasmeen Fletcher and Aramis Knight, who both appeared in Ms. Marvel are said to be the top candidates for the lead roles.

Fans can also expect to see a lot of returning characters in the film, including Ben Solo and Luke Skywalker and potentially Finn and Poe Dameron as well.

As it stands, nothing official has been set in stone so of course, take this one with a huge grain of salt. It's also worth mentioning that the SAG-AFTRA strike has yet to reach its end and it's probably the reason why details surrounding the film have remained pretty scarce.

Sharmeen Obaid-Chinoy's Star Wars film is reportedly hitting cinemas in 2026.
