Star Wars: The Vader Foreshadowing that Everyone Missed in Episode I

Everyone remembers the ominous poster for Star Wars Episode I where Anakin is walking and his shadow cast on the wall is Vader's. What's interesting is, there's a bunch of foreshadowing in the movie for Vader as well, and some of it flew right over our heads.

If you look inside the Naboo Starfighter during the climax scene, you can actually shape out Vader's helmet behind Anakin's head. Check it out:

Say what you will about the prequels, but they were intricate to the last detail. Sure the dialogue wasn't that great, and the acting was sometimes hollow, but everything else from production value to visual effects was nothing short of dazzling.

Though a lot of ‘fans' had originally bashed the prequels when they came out, a lot of the kids who grew up watching the films have been getting more and more vocal in the community. Now actors like Ahmed Best (Jar Jar Binks) are getting the kind of love that they deserve. Let's hope it's not too late for Jake Lloyd whose life was basically ruined after playing little Anakin Skywalker. Heck, they should also be giving Hayden Christensen a medal.

For now, the franchise is gearing up for the release of Star Wars Episode IX. We don't have an official title yet, but everyone is expecting a big reveal at Star Wars Celebration this April. Not to mention there's that live-action series that Jon Favreau is working on.

Catch Star Wars Episode IX in theaters Dec. 20.
