While Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker was a mixed experience for fans, it seemed like a fun one for the actors involved in it. The recently released bloopers make it seem like the actors are having a blast and who can blame them? Just being part of a Star Wars movie is a dream for a lot of us. Granted, it was far from a good movie but that's not what we're here to talk about.
In an exclusive video from Entertainment Weekly, Poe Dameron actor Oscar Isaac revealed the scenes he really enjoyed shooting, though he did have problems with them. Apparently, Isaac really enjoyed shooting the desert scenes with Rey and Finn but didn't like how the fans would blow a lot of the sand on him. This resulted in a lot of sand in his hair, which is far from fun.
"For me it was the most fun I've had, but it's a bit challenging because they'd have fans [blowing] as well, so you just have all this sand getting into your eyes. I would go home after some days and just tons of sand would be pouring out of my hair."
Anyone who has had sand in their hair knows how troublesome that can be, taking a lot of shampoo and washing to get rid of all the stuff. But Isaac didn't seem to mind it too much if these were his favorite scenes to shoot, probably since the comedy and pacing were still pretty tight at this point.
Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker comes to digital media on March 17 and Blu-Ray on March 31.
