Star Wars: The Mandalorian star Gina Carano is killing it with her strong statement about censorship on social media today.
The actress and mixed martial artist just recently posted a nude photo of herself on Instagram and while the post received hundreds and thousands of likes from Carano's adoring fans, the social media platform took down the post because the image didn't fit the site's community standards.
"We know that there are times when people might want to share nude images that are artistic or creative in nature, but for a variety of reasons, we don't allow nudity on Instagram," Instagram's guidelines read.
Carano has posted several updates in protest and a number of fans have re-posted the image in solidarity.

As readers can see, Carano's nude photo is tasteful and not in any way pornographic. In fact, there are even more explicit photos in circulation on Instagram which remains on the site with no issue whatsoever.
Outraged by the ridiculous censorship, the Fast and Furios star took to Twitter to discuss Instagram's guidelines on artistic nudity.
"So that's what it's like to be censored for no reason. Pic was taken down by Instagram. There's much more important news today but that was some classic bullshit. The whole post was about freedom of expression. Violating zero rules. Ironic. Feels like I graduated. Thanks Karen."
Carano isn't the first to protest Instagram's ridiculous standards. Artists have long since been discussing the polices of the social media platform which can at times seem dubious considering the fact that many porn stars exist on Instagram and continue to make a lucrative profit out of the site.
