Star Wars: The Mandalorian Season 2 Release Date Officially Revealed

After much anticipation, the second season of Star Wars: The Mandalorian has finally set its premiere date!

After rumors and speculations as to when the show will make its return since the first season wrapped up in December last year, Disney+ has finally revealed that The Mandalorian will make its way to the streaming service on October 30.

Unfortunately, fans have yet to get their first look at Season 2, with a trailer that was rumored to be revealed last month. However, Disney+ did share sort of a new logo along with the announcement, which ought to get the fans excited. You can check it out below!

We last saw Din Djarin seemingly setting off on a journey to find The Child's home planet and possibly learn more about the adorable creature's species. While Moff Gideon crashed his TIE Fighter in the last episode, we saw him rise again and is even in possession of the Darksaber. He'll likely find a way to locate the pair to finally capture Baby Yoda.

For now, plot details are quite scarce but the second season is expected to feature an appearance of Temuera Morrison as Boba Fett, as well as a potential debut of the live-action Ahsoka Tano, to be reportedly played by Rosario Dawson.

As mentioned above, Star Wars: The Mandalorian Season 2 arrives on Disney+ on October 30.
