Star Wars: The Last Jedi’s Alleged Force Tree Set On Fire

Though fans are finally going to get to see the very first Star Wars: The Last Jedi trailer at the Star Wars Celebration in Orlando, leaks and rumors about the upcoming Star Wars sequel trilogy continue to make their rounds online to keep the discussion going. This article will discuss one of these Star Wars: The Last Jedi rumors which may turn out as potential spoilers, so fans who'd rather much keep their head clear of spoilers before the film's release better head on out.

All done? All right, so Star Wars fans who have been keeping track on the major theories regarding The Last Jedi know that a "Force Tree" has been speculated to appear in the film. Last year, an alleged on-set photo of the tree appeared online; however, Making Star Wars claims that they've seen the tree go down in flames.

"I've now seen this tree on fire. The tree is entirely engulfed in flames. The fire really looks cool because the pronged shaped of the tree allows for the flames to flow in a pretty cool way."

Though it sounds visually appealing, if it is true that a "Force Tree" does appear in the film only to be burned down, the bigger question is who set it on fire? Was it Adam Driver's Kylo Ren? Or is this a burning bush vision intended for Daisy Ridley's Rey? If it really does burn down, what does this mean for the Force? Let's wait and see what happens when the movie comes around.

Star Wars Celebration Orlando is scheduled to take place at Orange County from April 13 to April 18. Star Wars The Last Jedi hits theaters on Dec. 15, 2017.
