Star Wars: The Last Jedi Has The Saga's Lowest Audience Score, Lower Than Justice League

It turns out Luke Skywalker was right when he said, "This is not going to go the way you think" in Star Wars: The Last Jedi. The film received critical acclaim with 93% score on Rotten Tomatoes and some fans were excited to see it, especially after seeing the early reactions to the film since its world premiere last weekend. But apparently, some fans didn't agree with the critics since the film currently has a 58% audience score in Rotten Tomatoes, the lowest in the entire Star Wars saga yet.

It's hard to believe that the film received an audience score even lower than Star Wars: The Phantom Menace and the other two prequel films, which many fans consider to be the worst Star Wars films ever made. It even got a lower score than Justice League's 80% rating (which got a 40% score among critics).

I usually agree with the critics' consensus most of the time but sadly, I have to side with the audience this time. Sure, the film featured some spectacular action and space battle sequences we've ever seen in the saga but I could write a list of disappointing things in the film that just made it feel mediocre.

So what do you think about The Last Jedi? Do you think it deserves the aggregate critics and audience scores it got? Feel free to share your thoughts in the comments section below. You can also check out our Facebook group for Star Wars fans to talk about the film.
