Although Project Luminous was teased for a while, Lucasfilm has been tight-lipped about the content that's about to come. While Star Wars: The High Republic was just recently unveiled, as it turns out, it was actually spoiled in The Rise of Kylo Ren comic book.

In the second issue of The Rise of Kylo Ren, fans got to learn more about Ben Solo before he turned to the Dark Side. During his training with Luke Skywalker, he, along with Lor San Tekka, went to a remote Jedi outpost located in the Outer Rim. On the way there, Lor San Rekka has revealed crucial information about Star Wars history.

"I think after all my wanderings, I can recognize the description of a Jedi outpost when I hear it, Luke," he said. "It's probably High Republic era. It was a time of greatly expanded Jedi activity throughout the galaxy."

The mention of the High Republic was the first time in Star Wars canon, which essentially indicates that Lucasfilm has been tying stories together prior to the Project Luminous reveal to set up a huge reveal of the High Republic era.

Some Star Wars fans might have caught on that the mention of this in The Rise of Kylo Ren could lead to something bigger, but it is definitely surprising and intriguing to see and learn more about what has happened in the said era, considering that it hasn't been completely explored.

For now, there's more information yet to be revealed but Star Wars fans will soon find out once The High Republic books get released in August.
