It has been a long wait for the return of Ahsoka Tano. After all, fans were hoping that the final season of Star Wars: The Clone Wars would immediately bring back the former padawan into the story. WARNING: The following contains spoilers from Star Wars: The Clone Wars Season 7 Episode 5! Proceed with caution!

In Gone with a Trace, we immediately learn what happened to Ahsoka. The former Jedi padawan has been trying to deal with her new life and ends up crashing into the lower levels of Coruscant. Luckily, she is able to find help right away from Trace Martez, who agrees to fix her speeder. It isn't long before the two become friends as they bond over their similarities.

Not surprisingly, the friendship also shows Ahsoka what happened to all the people who have been abandoned by the Jedi. She realizes that people like Trace and her sister Rafa have been forced to fend for themselves during the Clone Wars. This becomes clear when Ahsoka tags along with Trace and Rafa and discovers that the droids they are supposed to repair are prone to violence.

Needless to say, Ahsoka needed to use the Force to deactivate the droids. With that, she also realizes that she needs to do more in order to help the people who were abandoned by the Jedi.
