Star Wars: Obi-Wan Kenobi Series Reportedly Introducing Darth Vader's Inquisitors to Live-Action

It's no secret that the Obi-Wan Kenobi series is one of the most talked-about shows right now. After all, the new Star Wars series will take place after the Revenge of the Sith and fans are wondering which characters will appear in the show. Interestingly, a new report suggests that we could finally see Darth Vader's Sith Inquisitors in all their live-action glory.

The Inquisitors were first introduced in Star Wars Rebels and have proven to be truly effective villains on the animated show. The Force-sensitive agents of the Dark Side served directly under Vader and the Galactic Empire and their main task were to hunt down the Jedi who survived Order 66.

Since we already know of one particular Jedi who will be hiding in the Obi-Wan series, it's no surprise that fans are expecting the Inquisitors to make an appearance in the show. But do we already know of at least one Inquisitor joining the cast? Interestingly, a source told Kessel Run Transmissions that Moses Ingram might be playing an Inquisitor in the show.

"This isn't something I'm running as a scoop because it's only from one person so until I hear from other people, I don't know," KRT's Corey Van Dyke said. "I was told that she is definitely an Inquisitor so we'll see. I don't know. I'm still running it with other sources."

This is exciting news considering that we loved the Inquisitors in Rebels. We're already hoping that the Kenobi series has also cast the Grand Inquisitor and Rupert Friend looks like the perfect man for the job. Stay tuned for more updates on this story.

The Obi-Wan Kenobi series has not yet been given an official release date.
