We're not sure if it's going to be Star Wars news, but Mark Hamill is teasing some big announcement, and it's getting everyone all riled up.
The Star Wars legend just recently took to Twitter to post about an upcoming announcement, saying that he's going to share some exciting news about a super-secret project that he's been working on. While we're hoping that Hamill might be dropping some big Star Wars news, we know that the actor's worked on so many other projects outside the galaxy far, far away. Could Hamill be referring to a new series? Could he be teasing a new videogame? Maybe he's got Star Wars: Episode IX spoilers? There are a lot of possibilities, really.
"MAJOR ANNOUNCEMENT TOMORROW 6:15 pm PST I'll be sharing some VERY EXCITING news about a super-secret project I've been working on that's just.... how can I describe it? Oh, I know! It's: "Uh......... Wow. Just.......WOW." ? #WatchThisSpace," Hamill wrote in his post.
It's hard to imagine it being a Star Wars announcement though. Star Wars Celebration is coming up very soon, and we're sure that Lucasfilm is reserving major announcements for the convention's various panels. Star Wars fans are looking forward to the release of Star Wars: Episode IX's first teaser video, as well as the film's official title. We're pretty sure that the studio might drop a poster during the film's panel too. They might even give out interviews detailing the old and new characters that are going to appear in the film.
Still, we don't really know what Hamill has planned for his post. Let's wait and see.
